We, the undersigned, do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below.  We have read and agree to comply with the exhibit regulations and instructions. We understand this will be an in-person exhibit show with the above hours.  A selection of a single space for $350, a double space for $700, a triple booth space for $900, a four-booth space for $1100 or a six-booth space for $1650 may be reserved. Up to four exhibitor tickets per booth space may be reserved at no charge.  Additional exhibitor tickets are available for $50 each. Due to rising costs we will no longer be able to provide an exhibitor luncheon. However, exhibitors may purchase a general luncheon ticket for $25 each.

Step 1. Select one booth ticket from Single, Double, Triple, four or six booths.  One of these tickets must be selected.

Step 2. Select the number of Exhibitors  either with lunch ticket or without lunch ticket that will be working the booth. No more than 4 per booth spaces.

Step 3. Payment. Go to the payment page and complete the registration. Fill out each persons information that will be working the booth so that badges will be ready at the time of check-in.

Step 4. Booth set up. Contact Event1 for any special booth needs

By registering for/attending this event, I acknowledge that I fully understand the nature and extent of the risks presented by COVID-19 due to my in-person attendance at this event, including the risk that COVID-19 may lead to severe illness or death.  I also understand and acknowledge that there are risks of exposure to COVID-19, whether resulting from travel through high risk areas, the failure of other individuals to follow proper COVID-19 protocols, such as maintaining proper social distancing and proper hygiene measures, and other such risks. While I understand that OkMEA has taken reasonable steps to address the risks presented by COVID-19, I recognize that the COVID-19 protocols being utilized at the event may be insufficient to prevent my contracting COVID-19 and suffering any related injuries, and that I expressly nevertheless assume all of these risks.  

With full knowledge of the risks involved, therefore, I hereby release, waive, and discharge OkMEA, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, damage, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me while participating in this event or while in, on, or around the event premises that may lead to exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
