We, the undersigned, do hereby make application for exhibit space as indicated below.  We have read and agree to comply with the exhibit regulations and instructions. We understand that a virtual exhibit show will be held January 28-30, 2021 with the above hours.  A selection of a single space for $200, a double space for $300 or a triple booth space for $400 may be reserved.  Single space booth will get a a single space banner on the event site, a double space booth will get a double space banner and a triple space booth will get a triple space banner.  Sponsorships are available for sessions and events. Sponsorship prices and perks are listed below. One Exhibitor ticket is required per booth space for $10. More exhibitor tickets are available for $10 each. Members can request one on one either Zoom or Accelevents live meetings. 

Sponsorships Available:

  • Premium Banner (sponsoring a session or concert) – $150
    • Premium banner added to booth in Expo
    • Logo added to sponsored session
    • Logo included in the rotating banners in the sessions area
  • Premium Banner (sponsoring a main event) – $250
    • Premium banner added to booth in Expo
    • Logo added to sponsored event
    • Logo included in the rotating banners in the main event area
  • Accelevents Studio Access – $100 per day

Step 1. Select one booth ticket from Single, Double or Triple Booth.  One of these tickets must be selected.

Step 2. Sponsorships. Select how many sessions and events to be sponsored.Then select from the list below one session or concert for each session paid for.  For example if two sessions sponsors are paid then select two different sessions or concerts from below. No more than one session can be selected from a category.  Main Sessions must b$250 sponsors to be selected.

Step 3. Exhibitors. Select how many exhibitors to man the booth during dedicated exhibit times. One exhibitor is required.

Step 4. Payment. Go to the payment page and complete the registration.

Step 5. Booth set up. After registration go to Accelevents to set up the exhibit booth.
