Ben Bernstein is a Technical Account Manager at 杏吧传媒, where he works closely with partners to improve their security postures and those of their clients. With a background rooted in endpoint security, Ben also helps enable partners on ITDR (Identity Threat Detection and Response), SAT (Security Awareness Training), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
Before joining 杏吧传媒, Ben played a pivotal role at Red Canary, where he helped establish and grow an Enterprise Technical Account Management team, delivering MDR (Managed Detection and Response) to Fortune 500 customers. Prior to that, he spent nearly eight years at an MSP, gaining hands-on experience in both technical and account management roles.
